We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Coronary Observation Unit (COU) in Boise.
What you can expect from this role
We are an outpatient unit that works closely with the in-patient units (3 Tele, 7 Tele, 6E, 4S, SICU, MICU). We pre-op stable patients for the CVOR, Cath lab, and EP lab. We recover and discharge IV sedation cases, perform inpatient and outpatient conscious sedation procedures, and clinic-specific pre-testing.
- Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shift
- Schedule: 3 days x 12-hour shifts a week (no nights, weekends, or holidays!)
- Certification pay available
- Sign-on bonus eligible for new hires!
Minimum qualifications for this role
- Education: Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
- Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience (2 years RN experience preferred but not required)
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
