Manager Nursing, Clinical Programs, develops, implements, and champions system initiatives targeted at reducing clinical and provider practice variation to improve quality, patient outcomes, and reduce the overall cost of care. Position is responsible for facilitating conversations through interdisciplinary teams to deconstruct complex system opportunities into a portfolio of short-term initiatives for system pursuit. This position is also responsible for partnering with accountability champions to develop campaigning and communication resources for system spread, and to validate the achievement and sustainment of quality, outcome, and cost reduction throughout the system. Candidate must exhibit proficiencies in utilizing analytics for managing a program portfolio and facilitating change management conversations with providers, clinicians, and administrators. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Masters degree in Nursing preferred.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
* National Certification preferred; must achieve applicable national professional certification within 12 months from start date
* Experience leading successful change efforts
* 5 Years previous leadership experience (i.e., Project Lead, Team Lead, Chairman type roles acceptable)
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
* This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
The Manager Clinical Programs responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Organize and facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to develop a prioritized scope of work, establish goals, and identify working team champions and participants. This function could require occasional evening or early morning meetings
* Connect and integrate system departmental resources with initiative teams
* Partner with facilities/departments for piloting, learning, deploying, and tracking proposed interventions
* Assist initiative champions and team members in understanding their role for successful implementation
* Develop robust intervention deployment plans
* Coordinate voice of the customer, provider, clinician, and patient learning exercises
* Facilitate a data driven culture: Coordinate and participate in analytics design meetings. Validate appropriate reporting of clinical and financial measures for program. Coach accountability groups on how to utilize data exploration or reporting tools to drive performance.
* Generate reports demonstrating program milestones and accomplishments
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice, as well as local, state, federal and Regulatory Agency standards.
* Demonstrate the ability to coach, mentor, teach, lead and facilitate teams utilizing approved performance improvement methodology
