Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in an efficient and safe manner consistent with ER standards.
• Manage emergency situations effectively and coordinate team response.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and perform appropriate interventions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Float to various units as needed during low census or high acuity periods.
• Rotate weekends as required by the facility schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) Certifications from AHA required.
• TNCC or ATCN required, CPI or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency and crisis situations adeptly.
• Strong physical capabilities including ability to stand, walk, and transfer patients.
