Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitoring patients' conditions in the PCU/IMC Stepdown environment.
• Administer medications and perform therapeutic interventions according to prescribed care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Document patient status, interventions, and progress in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about healthcare needs, conditions, and options.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state.
• Minimum of two years of PCU/IMC/Stepdown clinical experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong ability to assess and respond to acute patient conditions.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records systems.
