Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified CT Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT equipment and ensure patient safety during exams.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and assist in diagnosis.
• Maintain and operate CT scanning equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
• Prepare and position patients for CT exams to obtain optimum images for diagnostic purposes.
• Handle fast-paced environments effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist when needed for holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• CT Technician certification through ARRT (CT) and fluoro certification required by the state of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in diagnostic radiology, with CT experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a Level II Trauma environment and handle a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and CT equipment such as Philips iPatient 64.
• COVID-19 vaccination required per hospital policy.
