Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine therapeutic needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve patient-centered goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and functional training.
- Facilitate patient and family education on therapeutic strategies and exercises.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Meditech Expanse.
- Participate in weekend rotation as per facility requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred.
- Proficient with typical inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment.
- Familiarity with Meditech (Expanse) documentation system.
- Strong communication skills and ability to function well independently.
