Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments, plan of care, and reassessments as required.
• Educate patients and families on safety, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress using the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an inpatient acute care setting required.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system preferred.
• BLS certification required, NBCOT certification preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, discharge planning, and patient education.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to float between facilities as needed.
