Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech - Cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, including LHC, RHC, PCI, and peripheral diagnostics.
- Operate GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment effectively during procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EMR system.
- Participate in on-call rotation, maintaining readiness within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab.
- Provide patient monitoring and post-procedural care as needed.
- Engage positively with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certifications required.
- Preferred RCIS certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in monitoring and holding areas is desirable.
- Ability to perform various procedures such as pacemakers, ICDs, and TEEs.
