Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Hospice to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-of-life care for patients in an inpatient hospice setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient response.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospice care standards and facility protocols.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospice or palliative care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift schedule effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
