Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy to inpatients and outpatients catering to ortho, neuro, trauma, and cardiac needs.
• Collaborate with rehab aides and other team members to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize EMR systems such as Cerner Powerchart for documentation and charting.
• Participate in a department-specific orientation including optional Cerner training.
• Adapt to working shifts on weekdays and some weekends as per facility requirements.
• Deliver specialized care to patients with common diagnoses including post-surgical, stroke, and trauma conditions.

Qualifications

• State licensure for Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of professional experience; travel experience preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience working within acute care and trauma level 2 settings.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and float to different areas as needed.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR systems is highly beneficial.
