Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Examine individuals and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote mobility and function.
• Teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition to achieve long-term health.
• Provide education on fitness and wellness-oriented programs for active lifestyles.
• Care for patients in various settings including hospitals and outpatient clinics.
• Float to sister facilities as required to provide physical therapy services.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems, with Cerner experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona state licensure for physical therapy practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Willingness to float to various sister facilities as needed.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, Cerner preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 2-3 weekends a month.
