Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy interventions for mobility, strength, balance, and function
Monitor and document patient progress in EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home exercise programs

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks

Qualifications

Active Arizona PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
