Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Examine each individual and develop a treatment plan to promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.
• Manage patient conditions to achieve long-term health benefits and prevent disability.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR ReDoc & MedHost.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Arizona as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of 9-11 patients per day effectively.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically ReDoc & MedHost.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
