Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, CT Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan and radiographic exams as directed, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Produce computerized tomographic scans and diagnostic radiographs of specified anatomical areas.
• Obtain patient history and explain routine procedures to address patient concerns effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotation among staff and fulfill shift requirements as needed.
• Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed and maintain required radiation badge documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care effectively.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist and Computed Tomography.
• Certification required: ARRT (R) (CT), SCRQSA (R) (CT), CPR, BLS by AHA.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of radiological technology required.
• Must hold valid licensure by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; MUSC does not provide radiation badges to travelers.
• Experience in adult acute care and PACS system is preferred.
