Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pregnant women and newborns in the LDRP setting.
• Triage and function as the transition nurse (baby catcher) during deliveries.
• Administer and titrate medications, including Pitocin, as per protocol.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care.
• Utilize EFM for monitoring patient and fetal well-being.
• Participate actively in unit-specific orientation and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience with LDRP training.
• Valid State RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required (AHA standards).
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet weekend/holiday requirements.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work autonomously.
