Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center with high patient acuity.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely.
• Utilize Cerner documentation system to maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform patient assessments and develop effective care plans accordingly.
• Uphold patient experience standards through respectful communication and updated care information.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in emergency room settings.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required prior to starting.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required prior to starting.
• Team-oriented with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in diverse areas within the emergency department.
