Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting with some inpatient duties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care regimens.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license required; compact license acceptable.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting is required; 2 years preferred.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to float within the unit if needed.
• Ability to comply with COVID-19 vaccination mandates, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
• One professional reference required at submission.
