Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 16-bed MedSurg/Tele unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to perform post-surgical care.
• Document patient information accurately using Cerner charting system.
• Successfully pass a dysrhythmia exam within two attempts.
• Participate in weekend rotations and holiday staffing.
• Float between Laveen and Mesa facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license; must be submitted with application.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Completion of a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation.
• Willingness to travel and float to sister facilities.
• Ability to work 7p-7a shifts with every other weekend required.
• No previous full/part-time employment with CommonSpirit within the past year.
