Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform scrubbing and circulating duties in the cardiovascular operating room.
Assist anesthesia with induction and patient transport from pre-op to PACU or inpatient units.
Ensure compliance with the fingernail policy prohibiting artificial nails in patient care departments.
Flexibly manage scheduling to accommodate healthcare facility needs.
Fulfill some charge responsibilities after hours as required.
Prepare for and pass the pass/fail exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90%.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Nebraska.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNOR preferred.
BSN required with experience in open heart and vascular procedures strongly preferred.
Familiarity with a hybrid operating suite is beneficial.
EPIC charting system experience preferred.
Trauma Level 1 experience in an acute care setting.
