Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in a catheterization laboratory environment.
Scrub in for procedures, ensuring sterilization and preparation of instruments.
Monitor and document patient vitals throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory and Pharmacy Services.
Participate in on-call rotations, with availability for 1-2 nights/week and one weekend every six weeks.
Adhere to facility’s emergency response protocols, particularly during hurricane season.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a cath lab environment.
National certifications in ACLS and BLS required; radiation badge required by agency.
Active South Carolina or compact RN license at the start of the contract.
Experience in scrub procedures and handling complex PCI and interventional cases preferred.
Familiarity with charting systems such as Epic.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
