Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiovascular needs.
• Monitor and manage invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic equipment.
• Administer and titrate a variety of critical medications, including Dopamine, Levophed, and more.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including CT Surgery and critical care/pulm coverage.
• Float to Medical ICU as needed based on unit requirements.
• Complete comprehensive unit-specific orientation and participate in regular skills training.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Recent experience in CVICU, with expertise in CRRT, Impella, and IABP.
• Minimum of one to two years of recent critical care experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• BSN not required, but preferred by the facility.
