Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients, including monitoring and assessment during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Serve as a circulator for C-sections and participate in high-risk deliveries.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-delivery care and newborn care practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols in all areas of practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience required, including circulator experience for C-sections.
• Current RN license in Colorado or compact state licensure.
• Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate (must have or provide proof of enrollment).
• Experience using Epic charting system preferred.
• Proven ability to float between like units to meet facility needs.
• Strong clinical leadership qualities and a desire to mentor new RNs preferred.
