Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by the oncologist.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before treatments.
• Work with the medical team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide support and information to patients regarding treatment procedure.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Completion of an accredited radiation therapy program.
• Experience in administering external beam radiation therapy.
• Strong communication skills and patient care abilities.
• Ability to operate complex radiation equipment safely.
• BLS certification required.
