Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg setting.
Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments and other medications such as heparin and cardizem.
Perform patient assessments, plan care, and implement intervention plans for oncology and trauma patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT/OT, case managers, and social workers.
Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean environment.
Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

Active RN license and eligible to work in Nebraska.
ACLS, BLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU or Oncology nursing.
Driver's license required for confirmation of 50-mile radius rule compliance.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in culturally diverse settings.
Experience with medical equipment such as Alaris IV pumps and ventilators preferred.
