Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, X-Ray Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiographic procedures independently in both Emergency Department and inpatient settings.
• Handle portable imaging needs with equipment including Fuji and Carestream portable units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols, including Radiation Safety.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of contrast media where applicable.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech, including Trauma Level I experience preferred.
• Current ARRT certification and state licensure required; CT license must be active prior to start date.
• Proficient in performing a range of procedures such as abdomen and chest imaging, extremities, and trauma cases.
• Experience with Adult and Pediatric Acute Care settings, ICU, and NICU preferred.
• BLSSkills in Infection Prevention and Isolation Precautions/PPE are required.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and open to block scheduling.
