Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate L&D care in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Monitor patient conditions during labor and delivery.
- Administer medications as per protocol and physician orders.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in call duties as required for the unit.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, including postpartum/antepartum.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
