Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Manage patient flow to see at least 95 patients per day with a 4:1 ratio.
• Perform critical care interventions including IV vasopressors and continuous IV sedation.
• Float within the scope of care as needed to support facility requirements.
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation according to established standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory and radiology services for integrated patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with 2 years of emergency room experience.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC are required.
• Previous experience with patient ratios of 4:1 and managing high-volume patient flow.
• Preferred experience with Epic charting system and community hospital settings.
• Strong skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, and triage.
• Willingness to work weekends and float when needed, with no local candidates within 50 miles.
