Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Float between NTICU, MICU, CVICU, and PCU to meet facility needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and manage ventilated patients.
Monitor and interpret patient vitals and diagnostic exams.
Document patient care in the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Colorado or compact state license.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including 1 year in critical care.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS, CPI, and TNCC preferred.
Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
Experience in a Level I or II Trauma Center preferred.
Ability to float to sister facilities and various ICU units as needed.
