Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to neonatal patients in a Level II NICU setting.
  • Administer IV antibiotics and manage hyperbilirubinemia conditions.
  • Perform short-term intubation and manage PPN/Lipids, and EPIVs.
  • Ensure proper management of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) and NOWS/NAS.
  • Monitor and provide care for feeder/growers, sepsis, and failure to thrive cases.
  • Float to postpartum to care for stable couplets; potential to float to pediatrics as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years NICU experience required.
  • Current certification in BLS and NRP necessary.
  • Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
  • Flexibility to float to similar units as required.
  • Previous experience managing a patient ratio of 1:3.
  • Travel experience and ability to handle neonatal care independently.
