Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Hospice to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in a home setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments and manage pain and symptoms.
• Educate families on patient conditions and care plans.
• Utilize Home Care Home Base EMR for accurate documentation.
• Travel between appointments using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.
• Collaborate with a team that includes case managers, PCTs, and a team manager.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and active Driver's License required.
• CPR certification mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice care experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation for hospice certification.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload.
