Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in the operating room setting, ensuring patient safety and effective care.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare for and conduct surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients under anesthesia and assist with intraoperative care.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile procedures and infection control protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.
• Participate in on-call rotation with availability 1-2 times on weekdays and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license, compact license required at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.
• Proficiency in a range of surgical procedures, including ortho and gynecology.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
