Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bedside swallow and communication evaluations and follow-up.
- Administer standardized testing in an outpatient setting.
- Manage a daily caseload of inpatient and outpatient clients.
- Document patient progress accurately using EPIC charting system.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant certifications and facility protocols.
- Ensure patient and family-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications
- Active BLS certification required.
- CCC-SLP certification required.
- COVID-19 vaccine required for employment.
- Experience with swallowing evaluations and communication assessments.
- Proven skills in managing a varied patient caseload.
- Adaptability to float within multiple facilities as needed.
