Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to patients using TrueBeam linear accelerators.
• Ensure precise patient positioning with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance.
• Perform VMAT, SBRT, and DIBH procedures with proficiency.
• Utilize ARIA documentation system for accurate treatment recording.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including dosimetrists and physicists.
• Maintain facility quality standards and contribute to high Press Ganey scores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of TrueBeam radiation therapy experience.
• Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance systems.
• Proficiency in using ARIA documentation system.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
• Experience with advanced procedures like DIBH and VMAT.
• Ability to work effectively within a team of healthcare professionals.
