Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization and related cardiac procedures.
- Collaborate with the cardiology team during cardiac stent placements and right-left heart catheterizations.
- Implement and monitor plans of care for assigned patients.
- Ensure the sterility of the lab and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Participate in on-call rotation, covering weeknights and weekends as required.
- Comply with all relevant protocols and standards for patient care and safety.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a current California state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in a Cath Lab setting.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Proficiency in diagnostic cardiac cath lab procedures and equipment.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- No travel experience for first-timers; experienced travelers preferred.
