Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe patient care delivery.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional development.
Delegate patient care responsibilities according to staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years Emergency Room experience required.
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required; NRP preferred.
Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring side effects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting patient care.
Knowledge of nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
