Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Act as a patient advocate while serving as a circulator in the sterile field.
Participate in surgical procedures, including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and robotic cases.
Collaborate effectively with a team consisting of RNs, scrub techs, and support techs.
Manage patient care using Epic EMR and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
Perform equipment checks and maintenance for a variety of OR beds and equipment.
Be available for on-call shifts, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per period.

Qualifications

Active Alaska RN license required.
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
Experience in circulating and scrub roles in an OR setting is necessary.
CNOR certification preferred for enhanced surgical expertise.
Positive outlook with the ability to integrate into existing teams seamlessly.
Experience with Epic EMR is advantageous.
