Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Float as needed to other units including Bellevue campus to meet facility staffing needs.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including transport, care techs, and paramedics.
- Administer and manage drips and participate in rapid response/code teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC charting system.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, including nicotine-free and holiday shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
- Familiarity with managing drips on all floors is necessary.
- Experience with EPIC charting system is essential.
- First-time travelers not accepted unless with 2 years at a Level l Academic Medical Center.
- Compliance with Nebraska RN licensure within specified timeframes.
