Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.
• Maintain flexibility to float between Providence St. Joseph's and Providence Mt. Carmel hospitals as census demands.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the Epic charting system.
• Respond to rapid response and code situations effectively, utilizing appropriate protocols.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in WA or compact state license is required at submission.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficient in electronic medical records, Epic preferred.
• Strong understanding of dysrhythmia management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
