Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Interventional Radiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients undergoing vascular and interventional radiology procedures with a 1:1 ratio during procedures.
• Coordinate care within a 5-bed holding area, managing 3-4 patients as dictated by their acuity levels.
• Handle documentation with Maclab and paper charting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to on-call duties during night shifts, providing essential interventional radiology services.
• Identify patient needs and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain a flexible approach and positive outlook, adapting to different radiology modalities throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care IR RN hospital experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
• Background in large trauma facilities is advantageous.
• Ability to perform procedures such as kyphoplasty, y-90, and peripheral interventions.
• Strong patient care focus with adaptability to change.
