Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and efficient patient care in a high-volume emergency department.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and professional standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Implement emergency room procedures and protocols effectively.
• Maintain current certifications required for emergency room practice.
• Promote patient satisfaction and comfort by updating them and their families about care plans.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in an ER setting.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to the dynamic ED atmosphere.
• Experience with Cerner documentation system preferred.
• Proficiency in a high-stress, fast-paced healthcare environment.
