Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Tech - General to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures adhering to established protocols.
- Float between multiple sites as needed, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers for quality patient diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete Epic charting.
- Uphold radiation safety and universal precautions within clinical practice.
- Participate in weekend rotations per the facility's scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech in a hospital setting.
- Current ARRT M and ARRT R certifications; BLS certified.
- Proven experience with Hologic equipment and 3-D mammography.
- Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple sites.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules as required.
