Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN specializing in CVICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients, including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADs.
Perform advanced procedures such as central line and swan insertion, intubations, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Manage and operate equipment such as Phillips bedside telemetry monitors and Alaris IV pumps.
Document patient care and treatment plans using Meditech system.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including intensivists, surgeons, and techs, for comprehensive patient care.
Float to other ICUs or floors as needed in adherence to hospital policy.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
Minimum 1 year of strong critical care and CVICU experience.
Advanced skills in PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring required.
Preferred experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Comfort with high-volume, advanced cardiac surgeries and post-operative care.
