Job Description

Seeking highly motivated critical care registered nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The unit cares for some of the most critically ill patients, primarily focusing on cardiothoracic surgery (open heart recovery) and neuro/neurosurgery. Nurses may also provide ICU-level care for COVID-19 patients, including those requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Minimum of 1 year of CVICU experience, with CVICU experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Valid Driver's License
