Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room environment.
- Assist in surgical procedures, including scrubbing and circulating duties as needed.
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling to meet patient care and unit needs.
- Take on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends as required.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license with a minimum of 2 years of recent OR RN experience.
- BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
- Prior travel nursing experience and ability to scrub hearts required.
- Recent Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.
- Competence in a large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital setting.
- Ability to float to other OR suites with a focus on circulating.
