**Exciting Opportunity for Cardio Vascular Operating Room RN!** **Job Description:** - **Assignment Duration:** 16-26 weeks - **Rate Structure:** Tiered based on mileage (measured by direct line) - **Travel:** 101 miles and beyond - **Radius:** 51-100 miles - **Local:** 50 miles or less - **Shifts Available:** - 4 shifts of 10 days (0645-1715) - 3 shifts of 12 days (0645-1915) - **Call Requirements:** - One or two 12-hour weekday calls (1900-0715) - One full weekend of call every 5 weeks - Flexible schedule to meet unit and patient care needs - **Holiday Commitment:** - Must work 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day - **Requirements:** - BLS required, CNOR preferred - Prior travel experience required with general experience - Experience in a Large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital is essential - Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent and high competency in cardio vascular/open heart OR - Potential floating to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc.) - Must circulate if floated; scrubbing is not required - Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and nonnegotiable - **Additional Information:** - IVS to OFFER - Position available Monday to Sunday - No block schedules allowed - Bi-weekly orientations on Monday - Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained - Complete all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) before submission - **Disclaimers:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation is required - Personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November – April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
