Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist - Therapy/Dietary to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Therapy treatments for assigned patients with disease/disability.
• Provide preventive health measures and promote patient well-being.
• Offer technical direction to students, technicians, and therapy assistants.
• Independently manage patient treatment plans in a small hospital setting.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Report patient progress and developments to the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy; DPT preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Quick EMR systems preferred.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
• Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical Exemptions Only.
