Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiograms to assess cardiac structures and function.
- Collaborate with medical staff to analyze results and provide diagnostic assistance.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
- Document patient procedures and manage electronic health records.
- Float between various locations as needed for comprehensive care coverage.
- Adhere to facility protocols and professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- ARDMS or RCS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in echocardiography.
- Ability to work flexible hours and some weekends.
- Experience with adult acute care and outpatient settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
