Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia and post-anesthesia care for a range of surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams for seamless operating room function.
- Provide expertise across multiple surgical disciplines and service lines.
- Participate in on-call rotation including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Support trauma cases in various units as needed.
- Uphold safety protocols and comply with facility policies, including hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with eligibility to work in Nebraska.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Proficient in EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Comprehensive knowledge across neuro and various surgical service lines.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
