Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and department policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice or compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center required; large hospital experience preferred.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.
• Driver's license required at the time of submission.
• Must complete at least one prior travel assignment.
