Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to infants in a Level III NICU with a focus on high acuity patients.
• Administer and monitor medication, including anti-seizure meds and surfactants, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive neonatal care, including respiratory and developmental specialists.
• Manage equipment such as CPAP, BIPAP, and feeding pumps effectively and safely.
• Participate in family education and support, providing guidance on neonatal care and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and health regulations to maintain a safe care environment.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license with minimum 2 years of NICU experience, including Level III or higher.
• Valid BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in neonatal care, including high-risk deliveries and blood product administration.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and care coordination.
• Willingness to work weekends and meet unit-specific scheduling requirements.
